Rajon Rondo is a basketball player in the NBA (National Basketball association) and he plays for the 2008 NBA champs the Boston Celtics. He plays the point guard position who should be quick, have good ball handling skills, scoring from far away from the hoop, steal the ball, and make assists. (An assist is when a pass leads to a point.) Rondo can also rebound and block shots which are expected for taller players to do. He has one NBA championship against the Los Angeles Lakers. He is a two time NBA All-star player(2010, 2011) and 2 time NBA All Defensive Team. He is a great player because he has more than 400 assists in his short time in his career.
He helped lead the USA National Basketball team to a gold medal in the FIBA world championship.
Rajon Rondo was born on Febraury 22nd 1986 in Kentucky. He was first drafted into the NBA by the Pheonix Suns in 2006 and later traded to the Boston Celtics in 2007. He is one of my favorite players and I love to watch him play!!
