Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art and is similar to Karate. "Tae" means to strike or break with foot. "Kwon" means to strike or break with fist. "Do" means method.

There are ten belts in Tae Kwon Do. White is the lowest and Black belt is the highest. After you reach black belt, there are degrees from 1st degree, 2nd degree, all the way to 10th degree.

Tae Kwon Do doesn’t only teach you self defense, but it also teaches you about discipline, respect and self control. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT TAE KWON DO IS NOT FOR BULLYING!!!!!!!!!

  • Axe kick.(Your attacking foot is moved up word than dropped down. You attack with your heels.)
  • Round House Kick (raise the knee, turn the hips, pivot on the non-kicking foot,  and snap the kick horizontally into the target at a 80 to 90-degree angle, with the instep.)
  • Back Kick

  • Jump front kick

Here are few of the MANY blocks.
